In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Use of the ibc88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ibc88 strictly prohibits access by minors. If ibc88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 21, ibc88 reserves the right to immediately suspend that Account, withhold any balance pending verification, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. ibc88 may restrict access to Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another ibc88 Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason. Each individual is permitted one active Account at any time.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that restricts your access to gambling services.
• Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

To access ibc88's full range of Services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is true, accurate, and not misleading. ibc88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or prompted to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. ibc88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ibc88 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ibc88 applies a risk-based KYC programme in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon first withdrawal, upon reaching a defined cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold, or at any point at ibc88's discretion. Required documents typically include:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account summary showing your registered name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by ibc88's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ibc88 will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Funds in a suspended Account will be held in accordance with ibc88's AML obligations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ibc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ibc88 does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which ibc88 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the ibc88 deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible; in cases where return is not possible, the funds may be forfeited.
• ibc88 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, including credit cards or credit-backed e-wallet balances.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ibc88 Account within minutes of confirmed bank transfer receipt. Delays attributable to the Indonesian banking network are outside ibc88's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ibc88 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ibc88 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page, subject to successful KYC completion and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements.
• ibc88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation prior to release of funds.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian national bank holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day) may experience processing delays attributable to reduced interbank availability.

4.4 Inactive Account Fees

An Account is classified as inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. ibc88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts. Users will be notified by the contact information on file before any fee is applied. The applicable fee schedule is available on the ibc88 FAQ page.

ibc88 offers various promotional incentives to registered Users, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and the BRI Liga 1 season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• ibc88 reserves the right to specify which game categories, products, or betting markets contribute toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement, and at what percentage rate.
• Bonuses are awarded on a one-per-promotion-per-household basis. The same IP address, device, bank account, or residential address being used across multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• If ibc88 determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or creation of duplicate Accounts — ibc88 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to close the relevant Account(s) immediately.

5.2 Promotion Modifications

ibc88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a promotion has been claimed by a User, the terms applicable at the time of claim continue to apply unless the User is notified otherwise in writing.

All bets and wagers placed on the ibc88 platform are subject to the product-specific rules published in the ibc88 Help Centre. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where ibc88 expressly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature for the relevant market.
• Sportsbook Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds that apply to the bet. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the combined odds are calculated and displayed before confirmation.
• Togel Draws: Togel results are determined by official draw outcomes published by the relevant authorised draw organisations. ibc88 is not responsible for any discrepancy between draw times and the time at which results are reflected in the ibc88 platform due to third-party data feed latency.
• Live Casino: In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game round, the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection is the binding result. ibc88's recorded game logs are the definitive reference in any dispute.
• Obvious Errors: ibc88 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds, prize, or payout were set in error — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed errors, or human input errors — regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and confirmed. Users will be notified and the staked amount refunded in such cases.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibc88 platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one ibc88 Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the ibc88 platform;
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes;
• Using the ibc88 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Users' Accounts or to ibc88's backend systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with ibc88 staff or other Users via any ibc88 channel;
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, IP block, or access control implemented by ibc88.

All content on the ibc88 platform — including but not limited to the ibc88 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game content, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ibc88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ibc88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the ibc88 platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of ibc88 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibc88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ibc88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interrupted or unavailable Services due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside ibc88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network outages, Indonesian bank system downtime, or force majeure events;
• Consequences arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ibc88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

ibc88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate technical safeguards on your own device.

ibc88 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to ibc88's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ibc88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties where required by applicable law, by court order, or to licensed service providers engaged to support ibc88's operations (such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game platform providers), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

ibc88 retains transaction records and account data for the periods required under applicable AML and KYC regulatory standards. Retention periods and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

ibc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the risk of problem gambling among its user base. The following tools are available to all registered ibc88 Users free of charge:

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which login and wagering functionality is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account restriction for Users who wish to cease all gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.

12.1 Termination by ibc88

ibc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ibc88 reasonably suspects or determines that a User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Upon Account termination for breach, ibc88 reserves the right to withhold and void any Bonus Funds and winnings attributable to the breach. Real-money deposits not tainted by the breach may be returned at ibc88's discretion after any compliance review is complete.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your ibc88 Account at any time by contacting ibc88 support. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ibc88 is operated under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibc88 holds its gaming licence. By using the ibc88 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits ibc88's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraudulent activity.

ibc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ibc88 will notify registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed within the platform upon login. The effective date of any revised version will be updated accordingly at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ibc88 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
